Four Peaks Challenge

The Four Peaks Challenge is an extension on the Three Peaks Challenge, with the addition of Slieve Donard in Northern Ireland, taking the four peaks of the challenge to:

• Ben Nevis in Scotland
• Scafell Pike in England
• Snowdon in Wales
• Slieve Donard in Northern Ireland

Due to the addition of a sea crossing, the Four Peaks Challenge is considerably longer than the Three Peaks, so is rarely attempted in 24 hours. 48 hours is a more sensible option, with many attempting the Four Peaks over three-or-so days.
